SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Austhraa motors, works on design and development of smart electric bikes and electric machines with advanced and futuristic technology. We are looking for highly passionate Digital marketing professionals who strive to create miracles with their work. They must have, good sales skills, good communication skills, creative thoughts, fluent in English languages, interpersonal skills, and Basic knowledge on social media marketing and able to manage multiple activities at same time.

TYPE: WORK FROM OFFICE

     QUALIFICATION: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Under graduates can be preferred with prior communication and technical skills

     EXPERIENCE: 

  1. Fresher/ (0-2) years’ experience in EV Domain

 START DATE: Immediately

Skills required:

Passion to become a Sales engineer in EV Domain, Handling Online and offline customers Throughout India, searching new clients in online and offline platforms, good communication skills, Solid technical idea on E-bikes, Idea on E-bikes market statics in India and overseas, expert in Ms excel, Basic Idea on online and offline marketing.

        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Searching for new clients in India and EU
  • Searching new customers in online and offline platforms
  • Ability to lead the team and achieving targets as per timeline
  • Ability to convert online generating leads/customer to sales.
  • Travelling to visit potential clients’ places
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Follow up leads/Customers everyday
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analysing costs and sales
  • Preparing daily & weekly reports and submit to the team lead
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Presenting E-bikes in National &International Conferences
  • Analysing the competitor’s products and suggest necessary actions to upgrade our products
  • Maintain competitor database
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
